Herman Brinkman from Tuk, races at one of the furthest distances in the Netherlands and has been known for decades for his impressive marathon results. Toppers such as his "De Cahors" and his son "De Bergerac", but also "Unbelievable" and his son "De Kleine Rode" not to mention "Fast In The Dark" and "De Kannibaal" made the Brinkman name internationally known. And also in pedigrees of famous marathon pigeons such as international Barcelona winners "New Laureaat" and "Jef" one encounters the Brinkman blood.
One of the highlights of the Brinkman loft was in 2024: 1st National champion Marathon (nominated birds)
