Herbots Jo & Raf close their top season with 1st National Chateauroux

2021 was another great season for the Herbots family, the old birds and yearlings once again performed fantastically in the extreme middle distance and they are shining more and more in the one-day long distance here in Halle Booienhoven. We briefly sum up :
2nd + 23th + 36th + 49th National Souillac yearlings
14th + 15th National Valence old birds
19th National Limoges yearlings
21th National Souillac old birds
22th + 25th National Tulle yearlings

Of course they also excelled in the extreme middle distance with several top prizes nationally. On top of this, a 1st Provincial Salbris and 1 & 2 S.Nat Bourges were added to the old and yearlings and to top it all off they closed the season with 1st National Chateauroux against 18,741 youngsters and also the fastest of all 21,070 pigeons.

Once again proof that the breeding strategy that is followed here does not harm them and that these bloodlines are also raced at the top elsewhere.

The Van den Abbeel – Van Paesschen colony won 1st National La Souterraine 14,315 youngsters with a grandson of super breeder “New National 1” in warm conditions.

She is a direct daughter of "Yvanke" who in turn became the father of "Christianne" who won 1st National Argenton against 4,651 pigeons from Herbots. “Yvanke” in turn is a son of stock sire “Yvan” and we all know what this line is capable of here and elsewhere.
