La Souterraine was on this year's programme, but given the high temperatures, it was decided to organise Argenton, which saves time on transport and limits the distance.
The number of old pigeons rose slightly from 8,375 to 8,777. At the same time, the number of yearlings increased from 12,194 to 14,174 pigeons.

Released at 7.00 am, the pigeons enjoyed a temperature of 18°C and a light southerly wind. Temperatures then rose above 30°C with a south to south-easterly wind in Belgium.
Belgium, making it possible to reach 1500 m.
