Peter Bours from Averbode and his love for the extreme long distance

The colony of Peter Bours from Averbode is at the top of the Belgian pigeon sport for a reason. Peter has been present in the national championships for years and to win a championship at this location proves what a great class these pigeons and fancier really are.

He has been playing here at his current address since 1998, but the main thing is to let the basket do the rest. He doesn't really know how to give pigeons a rest and he prefers to race every week from 300km to Barcelona.

You will also notice further in this article that it is the same pigeons that are the basis of all successes, but then crossed with other pigeons. But the foundation never lies and it is very firmly founded here.

Due to the success of “Kenji” in 2016, who became 1st National Ace Pigeon Extreme Long Distance Yearlings KBDB 2016, he started using this line and now you will find many of these pigeons in the current top pigeons.
